Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

Beniii TV helps you find and track comedies and feel-good shows. These terms cover the whole app, including the optional Friends features: friends, sharing, Title Talk chats, the daily riddle and challenges.

Using Beniii TV

The app is free. Movie and show information comes from TMDB and where-to-watch information from JustWatch; it may be incomplete or out of date. Beniii TV doesn't stream anything: it points you to services you already use. Mood check-ins are a personal reflection tool, not medical advice.

Your Friends account

Friends needs a Sign in with Apple account and is for people 13 and older. Keep your username and display name respectful: we may change or remove ones that break these terms. You are responsible for what you share and send from your account.

Title Talk, sharing, the riddle and challenges

There is no free text: messages are made only of movie and show titles, emojis and ? ! …, and shares are titles or lines from the app. Watch together invites suggest a time to watch; they don't buy or stream anything. Challenges and the leaderboard use counts you choose to share. The daily riddle is for fun; there are no prizes.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Harassment, bullying, hate, sexual content, threats, spam, scams and pretending to be someone else are not allowed, including through titles, emojis, usernames or display names. We remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice when needed.

Report and block

Long-press a friend, a message or a shared card to report or block. Blocking is instant: it removes the friendship, ends your chat on our server and stops messages both ways, and the other person isn't told. We review reports within 24 hours. A reported message is kept with the report so it can be reviewed, even after it was delivered.

Your messages and data

Chats are saved on your iPhone until you delete them; our server deletes each message once it's delivered (or after 30 days if it never arrives), so we can't restore lost chats. Keep a backup if your chats matter to you. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is stored and for how long. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, including Friends, and we'll update these terms when we do. The app is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps from the App Store also applies.
